About the Journal
The Linker: The Journal of Business, Tourism, Public and Legal Management is one of the seven (7) areas of discipline in the university journal of Isabela State University, Philippines. Anchored in the university vision of becoming a leading research university in the ASEAN Region, the journal was created in 2020 after series of consultative meetings with Dr. Ricmar P. Aquino, University President, Dr. Orlando F. Balderama, University Vice President for Research and Development, Extension and Training, Dr. Boyet L. Batang, University Vice President for Academic and Related Affairs, Dr. Elmel M. Delima, University Director for Knowledge and Technology Management, and Dr. Rhowel M. Dellosa, Editor in Chief of University Research Journals. The journal envisions to be the leading and credible research journal for business, tourism, public and legal management in the ASEAN Region.
